Acid staining can be combined with custom logos, borders and medallions to create a one of a kind floor.
Acid stains react with the cement lime to produce a permanent, mottled type color on concrete. Colors are limited to earth tones.
Dyes can enhance the colors of an acid stain and add more of a selection of colors.
The process
- a determination whether existing concrete will accept an acid stain or dye
- clean and etch floor thoroughly
- Satin and dye to the desired affect.
